Live Pea shoots

4X7 tray $5.30       10X20 tray- contact for special order

We grow our pea shoots in the worm castings we produce on our own farm. The result is a fresh and sweet tasting pea shoot that will grow well. Pea shoots will regrow in their trays easily if well cared for. They are typically 4” – 8” tall. When cut just above the lowest notch on the stem, they can be harvested on average, 3 times, in your own kitchen. This is why we grow our pea shoots in worm castings. They have the nutrients available to them to grow well and with good flavor. Pea shoots make an excellent and visually pleasing addition to salads, stir fry, sandwiches and a variety of other dishes. Pea shoots are also nutritious food for many pets, but after you try them, you will think twice about sharing them. Yum! You will want them for yourself. Special order 10”x20”

trays available, with 3 weeks advance notice to pick up date. Contact me ahead of time for pricing and availability.
